HR and employee administration
- Recruit, select, and staff roles; process and follow up on visas and insurance.
- Support organizational and departmental planning, policy development, and documentation.
- Administer employee relations, compensation and benefits, safety, welfare, wellness, health, employee services, and counseling.
- Process attendance and payroll.
Training and performance
- Create induction plans and orient new team members at all levels, including management, using the company handbook, product knowledge information, and training plans.
- Assist unit managers with appraisals and regular performance reviews.
- Initiate, coordinate, execute, and follow up on training across restaurants and the back office.
- Monitor restaurant training and provide support, including co-facilitating courses with in-house trainers and guiding training efforts.
- Update training materials to better meet organizational needs.
- Coordinate staff training providers for fire safety, person-in-charge duties, first aid, basic food hygiene, and other hygiene-related topics.
- Give ongoing feedback and follow up on employee and management challenges; identify ways to improve department quality.
- Train employees and managers on organizational SOPs.
- Attend meetings, outlet shift briefings, and staff communication meetings; discuss training and quality updates and file meeting minutes.
- Monitor staff appearance, attitude, and professionalism for adherence to company service standards.
Work arrangement
- Full-time role with in-person work.
