Job Summary
We are seeking a **Junior Accountant** with at least **2 years of experience in the UAE**, particularly with experience in **branch reconciliation**.
The ideal candidate will assist in managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring accurate accounting practices across multiple branches.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform **daily accounting operations** including ledger entries, expense tracking, and invoicing.
- Conduct **branch reconciliation** to ensure accuracy of accounts across all company locations.
- Assist in **preparing financial reports** and statements for management review.
- Support in **bank reconciliations, payments, and receipts** processing.
- Maintain accurate and updated **accounting records** in compliance with UAE regulations.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure **smooth financial operations**.
- Assist in **audits** and financial compliance activities.
Requirements
- Minimum **2 years of accounting experience in UAE**, preferably with branch reconciliation experience.
- Knowledge of **UAE VAT regulations and compliance**.
- Proficiency in **accounting software** and MS Excel.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in **Accounting, Finance, or related field**.
- Experience in **multi-branch accounting operations** is an advantage.
- Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
- Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
