Procurement Officer (Fit-Out)

**Location:** Dubai, UAE

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Source and procure materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, equipment (FF&E), and subcontractor services for interior fit-out projects.
• Obtain quotations, evaluate supplier proposals, and negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
• Prepare and process RFQs, purchase orders, and procurement-related documentation in accordance with company procedures.
• Coordinate closely with design, estimation, project, and site teams to understand project requirements and procurement timelines.
• Monitor orders and delivery schedules to ensure materials are supplied on time and in line with project milestones.
• Maintain and update supplier databases, price comparisons, procurement records, and market intelligence.
• Ensure procured materials meet project specifications, quality standards, and budget requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and subcontractors.
• Support cost optimization initiatives and contribute to effective budget management.
• Provide regular procurement status updates and reports to management.

Requirements

• Minimum **3–5 years of UAE experience** in procurement within the **interior fit-out, joinery, or interior contracting industry**.
• Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and fit-out procurement processes.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• UAE Driving License is an advantage.
