Overview

Responsibilities

• **Client Acquisition**: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
• **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and key stakeholders in the construction industry.
• **Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings, including specifications and applications, to effectively communicate with clients.
• **Sales Presentations**: Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our building materials and solutions to potential clients.
• **Market Analysis**: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to tailor sales strategies accordingly.
• **Negotiation**: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements and close sales effectively.
• **Sales Targets**: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while adhering to company policies and standards.
• **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions, and prepare regular sales reports for management.
• **Collaboration**: Collaborate with internal teams, including purchasing and logistics, to ensure smooth execution of orders and customer satisfaction.
• **Customer Feedback**: Gather feedback from clients to understand their satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.
• **Industry Networking**: Attend industry events and trade shows to promote our products and expand our network.

Desired Candidate Profile

• **Experience**: 3-10 years of outdoor sales experience, preferably in the building materials or construction industry.
• **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• **Driving License**: A valid UAE driving license is required.
• **Language Skills**: Proficiency in English; knowledge of Hindi and/or Arabic is an advantage.
• **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• **Negotiation Skills**: Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing deals.
• **Self-Motivated**: Highly motivated and target-driven with a strong desire to succeed.
• **Adaptability**: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
