About This Role

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Executive with a minimum of 4+ years of experience in Dubai, specifically handling marketing for multiple group entities. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing end-to-end marketing functions across diverse business verticals and driving brand visibility, lead generation, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for multiple companies under the group.
• Manage brand identity and positioning for each entity while aligning with overall group branding.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (social media, Google Ads, SEO, email marketing).
• Handle social media platforms and ensure consistent engagement and growth.
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, design, operations) for campaign execution.
• Create and manage content including posts, brochures, presentations, and website updates.
• Monitor campaign performance and generate analytics reports with actionable insights.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and media partners.
• Organize and support events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
• Ensure all marketing activities comply with UAE regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in Dubai, preferably managing group or multiple business entities.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Creative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
