Senior Marketing Executive

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement **comprehensive marketing strategies** for multiple companies under the group.
• Manage **brand identity and positioning** for each entity while aligning with overall group branding.
• Plan and execute **digital marketing campaigns** (social media, Google Ads, SEO, email marketing).
• Handle **social media platforms** and ensure consistent engagement and growth.
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, design, operations) for campaign execution.
• Create and manage **content** including posts, brochures, presentations, and website updates.
• Monitor campaign performance and generate **analytics reports** with actionable insights.
• Manage relationships with **external vendors, agencies, and media partners**.
• Organize and support **events, exhibitions, and promotional activities**.
• Conduct **market research and competitor analysis** to identify opportunities.
• Ensure all marketing activities comply with **UAE regulations** and company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum **4+ years of relevant experience in Dubai**, preferably managing **group or multiple business entities**.
• Strong knowledge of **digital marketing tools and platforms**.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle **multiple projects simultaneously** and meet deadlines.
• Creative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
