Job purpose

Strategy and change

• Develop and govern the Corporate Development and Agility system, including policies, work models, mechanisms, and cross-unit implementation.
• Steer the RTA-wide roadmap, coordinate with agencies and sectors, and ensure execution and periodic reporting.
• Design change plans aligned with business objectives; engage stakeholders, communicate impacts, and minimize resistance.
• Assess change risks, develop mitigation strategies, and report progress, outcomes, and insights to management and stakeholders.
• Define agility groups and objectives, prioritize initiatives aligned with global and future trends, and coordinate departmental implementation.
• Align the organizational change system with strategy and best practices, and restructure departmental operations in line with future directions.

Operations and improvement

• Lead enterprise-wide change programs while aligning stakeholders and minimizing operational impact.
• Develop and deliver employee training for adapting to new processes, technologies, and structures.
• Assess change initiatives using feedback and data; establish cross-sector squads and tribes to strengthen resilience and accountability.
• Integrate AI-enabled decision support systems and govern analysis of strategic and operational performance indicators.
• Ensure corrective actions from internal audits and quality systems are closed and validated against approved standards.
• Institutionalize process re-engineering and optimization using Lean, Six Sigma, and digitization recommendations.
• Measure agility maturity, optimize processes, and improve internal and external customer satisfaction.

Education and experience

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or Strategic Management.
• At least 12 years of experience with a master’s degree or 14 years with a bachelor’s degree.

Professional qualifications

• The source lists Certified Change Management Professional, Prosci/ACMP, Certified Agile Practitioner, AI Model Governance, and Excellence Model Assessor/EFQM/Baldrige.
