IT Delivery Manager / Business Analyst

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Elicit, document, prioritize, and validate requirements; translate business objectives into scope, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze processes and work practices, identify gaps, and recommend improvements to business practices and system functionality.
• Develop process maps, data flows, and functional specifications; clarify requirements and review functional designs.
• Guide teams through solution options, priorities, and trade-offs and support project decisions.
• Plan delivery, estimate costs and resources, and manage scope, schedules, budgets, and commitments.
• Lead cross-functional workstreams, plan capacity, develop teams, and coordinate vendors and internal teams.
• Lead AI and generative AI solution delivery, including large language model applications across cloud and on-premises environments.
• Manage delivery risks, mitigations, escalations, and change impacts.
• Coordinate testing, user acceptance, defect resolution, deployment, and release readiness.
• Create user guides and training documentation, deliver training and demonstrations, and support knowledge transfer.
• Monitor delivery measures, report progress and risks, and improve delivery processes.

Requirements

• At least 15 years of IT project, programme, or delivery management experience, including complex initiatives from discovery through implementation.
• Master’s degree in finance, business, information systems, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of business analysis and process optimization experience, including requirements, modelling, gap analysis, and functional specifications.
• Experience leading multiple delivery streams and distributed cross-functional teams, budgets, capacity planning, and vendor coordination.
• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and practical Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid delivery experience.
• Experience with enterprise applications, platform integrations, or cloud migrations; understanding of Microsoft Azure and hybrid cloud and on-premises environments.
• Strong stakeholder, communication, and facilitation skills, including executive reporting, workshops, and user training.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps or Azure Boards, and Miro, Visio, or draw.io.
• English proficiency at CEFR C1 or above.

Preferred experience and certifications

• ERP, BI, TMS, or WMS implementation and process improvement experience in finance, logistics, or enterprise operations is a plus.
• Familiarity with Claude or comparable generative AI tools is desirable; relevant Claude or applied AI certification is an advantage.
• SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, or cloud technology certifications are advantageous.
