Mondrian Doha is hiring an intern to support its Food and Beverage team in Doha.
The property has restaurants, bars and event venues.
Daily service
- Assist Food and Beverage operations across restaurants, bars and events, including breakfast, lunch, dinner and banquets.
- Prepare tables, mise en place and service areas to brand standards before each shift.
- Welcome guests, respond to requests and help deliver attentive service.
Team and event support
- Learn service standards, upselling techniques and menu knowledge; collaborate with colleagues to support timely service.
- Follow hygiene standards when handling food, beverages and equipment.
- Support events, themed nights and promotions; learn different Food and Beverage areas and share ideas to improve guest satisfaction.
Preferred experience
- Hospitality industry experience is preferred.
