Service duties
- Welcome guests, escort them to tables, and present menus.
- Support order taking, food and beverage service, and guest requests.
- Assist with table setup, mise en place, clearing, and resetting.
- Keep restaurant, bar, service stations, and other assigned areas clean and organized.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, sanitation, health and safety, service, operating, and brand standards.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service colleagues for timely delivery.
- Assist with buffet setup, replenishment, and breakdown when required.
- Refer guest complaints or issues to a supervisor when necessary.
- Attend briefings and training; perform other reasonable duties assigned by a supervisor.
Candidate requirements
- Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related program.
- Strong interest in food and beverage operations and hospitality.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills; positive attitude, willingness to learn, and teamwork.
- Professional appearance and good personal hygiene.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required by hotel operations.
- Previous hospitality experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
