The restaurant is known for French-Mediterranean cuisine and attentive hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Follow service steps and standards and explain the restaurant concept to guests.
- Know food and beverage products well enough to answer questions and meet guest needs.
- Recommend signature dishes and keep tables clean.
- Interact with guests to deliver service in line with restaurant standards.
- Handle complaints positively and report escalated issues to a supervisor.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least two years of hospitality or food and beverage experience and two years in a similar position.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, remain calm under pressure, and demonstrate attention to detail, speed, and accuracy.
