Beverage program and team
- Ensure exceptional beverage standards across all areas in line with hotel values and service standards.
- Train, coach, and mentor the bar team, modeling operational excellence and continued development.
- Drive beverage-program quality and share product knowledge with hotel teams and guests.
- Design innovative seasonal cocktail programs that reflect global mixology trends and strengthen the hotel brand.
Guest experience and operations
- Collaborate with the culinary team on food and beverage pairings for events, tastings, and VIP guests.
- Build premium vendor relationships to source exclusive spirits, rare vintages, and sustainable local ingredients.
- Manage inventory, reduce waste, and maintain portion standards while protecting luxury quality and profitability.
- Oversee health, safety, food hygiene, and local liquor licensing compliance across bar operations.
- Maintain specialized bar tools, glassware, and equipment in excellent working order.
