The Lana - Dorchester Collection is hiring a Restaurant Supervisor in Dubai.
The role leads the lobby team and supports guest arrivals and afternoon tea service.
Guest service and team leadership
- Lead the lobby team in delivering memorable guest arrivals and elegant afternoon tea seatings.
- Jointly hire, mentor and develop the team through a cohesive departmental training and development program.
- Hold daily pre-service briefings to keep the team informed about hotel updates and upcoming service.
Outlet operations and performance
- Monitor revenue targets and control beverage, payroll and other expenses within preset budgets.
- Coordinate with other departments to uphold outlet presentation, cleanliness and maintenance standards.
- Work with hostesses to optimize reservations, productivity, guest satisfaction and revenue.
- Ensure beverage preparation and presentation quality and maintain beverage inventory control.
