Full-time butler position with The Lana - Dorchester Collection in Dubai.
The role provides professional, personalised guest service and supports guests throughout their stay.
Guest service and coordination
- Provide professional, personalised service to deliver an excellent guest experience.
- Know in-suite services, technology and amenities, hotel services and city-wide activities.
- Ensure allocated guest rooms are ready on time and special requests have been prepared.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Food & Beverage and other departments to manage requests and enable seamless service.
- Welcome guests professionally and warmly, exceeding expectations from arrival through departure.
- Act as a guest point of contact and assist with arrangements and requests during their stay.
In-room service and care
- Pack and unpack guests’ belongings and serve in-room Food & Beverage requirements.
- Assist guests and handle concerns professionally, ensuring a positive outcome.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of assigned work areas, equipment and materials.
