Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and coordination of match-day infotainment and entertainment activities across assigned venues.
• Assist in the preparation and implementation of infotainment run sheets, cue sheets, production schedules, and match-day timelines.
• Coordinate with infotainment suppliers and service providers to support the delivery of the approved infotainment program.
• Liaise with key operational stakeholders, including match commissioners, announcers, DJs, LED operators, audio technicians, broadcast teams, and venue operations personnel.
• Assist in coordinating venue infotainment operations to ensure all activities are delivered according to the approved run of show and operational requirements.
• Support the preparation, review, and distribution of infotainment-related documents, schedules, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate rehearsals, technical checks, content testing, and pre-event operational briefings.
• Monitor match-day infotainment activities and escalate any operational issues or deviations to the Infotainment Manager.
• Assist in ensuring that all content, announcements, music, graphics, and entertainment elements are delivered accurately and on schedule.
• Support the management and tracking of music licensing requirements and related documentation as directed by the Infotainment Manager.
• Coordinate with internal departments, venue teams, suppliers, and competition representatives to ensure seamless delivery of infotainment operations.
• Maintain accurate records of operational plans, contact lists, content inventories, and event documentation.
• Assist in the preparation of match-day reports, presentations, operational summaries, and post-event documentation.
• Ensure compliance with competition regulations, venue requirements, health and safety procedures, and organizational standards.
