Our client is a well-established construction consultancy firm with a strong reputation for delivering project management, cost consultancy, and advisory services across the built environment sector.
They are seeking an experienced
HR Manage
r to lead and oversee all aspects of the human resources function, ensuring the attraction, development, engagement, and retention of top talent while supporting the company's strategic growth objectives
.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle, driving HR initiatives, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and partnering with business leaders to build a high-performing workforc

Key Responsibilit

- Lead and manage the full HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, learning and development, and offboard
- ing.Partner with leadership teams to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objecti
- ves.Manage workforce planning and talent acquisition activities for technical and corporate ro
- les.Develop, review, and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practi
- ces.Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and employment regulati
- ons.Oversee employee relations matters, including grievance handling, disciplinary actions, investigations, and conflict resolut
- ion.Manage performance management processes, succession planning, and employee development initiati
- ves.Support compensation reviews, salary benchmarking, and employee retention progr
- ams.Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports to support decision-making and organizational plann
- ing.Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace cult
- ure.Manage HR systems, personnel records, and documentation to ensure accuracy and complia
- nce.Collaborate with department heads to identify organizational development and training ne
- eds.Utilize AI-powered tools and modern HR technologies to enhance efficiency and improve HR proces
- ses.
Require
- ments
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related
- field.Minimum 8 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in an HR Manager or senior HR leadership
- role.Prior experience within construction, engineering, architecture, project management, consultancy, or related industries is highly pref
- erred.Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and HR compliance require
- ments.Proven experience managing the full employee lifecycle and HR opera
- tions.
Experience

- kills.Proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office applica

Experience
