• eds.Utilize AI-powered tools and modern HR technologies to enhance efficiency and improve HR proces

Require

• ments
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related
• field.Minimum 8 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in an HR Manager or senior HR leadership
• role.Prior experience within construction, engineering, architecture, project management, consultancy, or related industries is highly pref
• erred.Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and HR compliance require
• ments.Proven experience managing the full employee lifecycle and HR opera
• tions.
