Role overview

Organizational development

• Develop HR strategy and annual HR plans with business stakeholders and support continuous improvement in HR activities.
• Support new hires in becoming productive quickly and develop succession and retention plans for key talent and roles.
• Develop learning and development plans and formulate performance plans to improve performance or manage exits.

Training and development

• Coordinate training initiatives with the Group Training Department and identify and deliver development needs for key and high-potential staff.
• Ensure key roles have identified successors and conduct talent development meetings and annual people reviews.

Employee relations and business partnering

• Manage employee relations issues, build engagement, implement HR policy changes, and ensure appropriate disciplinary procedures.
• Advise, coach, and mentor senior leaders on people matters, risk, and compliance with laws and policies.
• Facilitate organizational transitions as a change agent and communicate organizational messages while monitoring feedback.

Workforce and financial management

• Advise on lean workforce design and facilitate business restructuring and consolidation.
• Ensure compliance with localization policy and productivity targets.
• Provide employee-cost reports, manage annual manpower budgets, and communicate budget performance in financial meetings.

HR policy

• Ensure compliance with HR policies and internal controls, address policy breaches, and educate staff on procedures.
• Support the organization’s diversification goals.

Qualifications and skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Management.
• Five years of HR experience, including previous experience as an HR Business Partner.
• Change management expertise and organizational development experience.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strategic thinking and the ability to coach and mentor effectively.

Compensation

• The posting lists pay of AED 5,000–6,000 per month.

Work location

• Work is in person in Dubai.
