The HR Business Partner advises senior line management on human capital matters and aligns HR plans with business growth, performance, meritocracy, and diversity.
The role covers organizational development, employee relations, workforce optimization, financial management, engagement, and HR compliance.
Responsibilities
- Develop HR strategy and annual plans with business stakeholders and support continuous improvement of HR activities.
- Support effective onboarding, succession planning, retention, learning and development, and performance management.
- Coordinate training, identify development needs, and conduct talent-development meetings and annual people reviews.
- Manage employee relations and engagement; advise managers on legal and policy compliance and disciplinary procedures.
- Coach senior leaders and managers on people matters and facilitate organizational change.
- Advise on workforce structure, reorganization, and consolidation; communicate organizational messages and monitor feedback.
- Support localization policy, workforce productivity, and diversification goals.
- Provide employee-cost reports, manage annual manpower budgets, and communicate budget performance in board and financial meetings.
- Ensure HR policy and internal-control compliance, address breaches, and educate staff on policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Management.
- Five years of HR experience, including previous experience as an HR Business Partner.
- Expertise in change management and experience in organizational development.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving capabilities; strategic thinking and effective coaching and mentoring.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 5,000–6,000 per month.
