Accountant responsibilities
- Check office product inventory weekly and warehouse inventory monthly, and manage it through Zoho Inventory.
- Pay company expenses.
- Record all company debit and credit activity.
- Support tax filing.
- Process payroll for colleagues.
- Handle documents received from government offices.
Sales support responsibilities
- Use Zoho to prepare quotations and invoices and arrange deliveries.
- Follow up with customers to confirm receipt of goods and maintain customer relationships.
- Monitor the work status of office sales staff.
Job requirements
- College degree or above.
- Familiarity with office software such as Excel and Zoho, and UAE accounting and tax.
- At least three years of product inventory management experience.
- Applicants must have worked as an accountant in the UAE.
- Fluent spoken English, strong written English, and fast English typing.
- Team spirit, a strong sense of service, conscientiousness, responsibility, care, and a proactive approach.
- Strong communication and language expression skills, with the ability to resolve office administrative problems.
Pay
- Pay is AED 4,000–5,000 per month.
