Accounting responsibilities
- Check office product inventory weekly and warehouse inventory monthly, managing stock through Zoho.
- Pay company expenses and record all company debit and credit transactions.
- Support tax filings, process payroll for colleagues, and prepare government forms and documents.
Sales support responsibilities
- Use Zoho to prepare quotations, invoices, and delivery arrangements; Zoho operations may be assessed during the interview.
- Follow up with customers to confirm goods receipt and maintain customer relationships.
- Monitor the work status of office sales staff.
Requirements
- University degree or higher; familiarity with office software such as Excel and Zoho.
- Knowledge of UAE accounting and tax, and at least three years of product inventory management experience.
- Applicants are asked not to apply if they have not worked as an accountant in the UAE.
- Fluent spoken and written English, strong typing, teamwork, service orientation, responsibility, attention to detail, initiative, and good communication.
- Ability to resolve office administrative issues flexibly.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 4,000–5,000 per month.
