Accounting responsibilities
- Check office product inventory weekly and warehouse inventory monthly, and manage records through the Zoho inventory system.
- Pay company expenses and record debit and credit activity.
- Support tax filing and process payroll for colleagues.
- Handle documents received from government entities.
Sales support responsibilities
- Use Zoho to prepare quotations and invoices and prepare goods for delivery.
- Follow up to confirm customers received goods and maintain customer relationships.
- Monitor the working status of office sales staff.
Qualifications and experience
- College degree or above.
- Familiarity with office software such as Excel and Zoho; Zoho proficiency is required and will be practically assessed at interview.
- Familiarity with UAE accounting and tax.
- At least three years of product inventory management experience.
- Applicants who have not worked as an accountant in the UAE are asked not to apply.
- Fluent spoken English and strong written English skills.
- Team spirit, service orientation, conscientiousness, responsibility, care, proactivity, and strong communication skills.
- Ability to solve office administrative problems flexibly.
Pay
- AED 4,000–5,000 per month.
