Accounting responsibilities
- Check office product inventory weekly and warehouse inventory monthly, managing it through the Zoho inventory system.
- Pay company expenses and record debit and credit activity.
- Support tax filing and process payroll for colleagues.
- Handle documents received from government authorities.
Sales support responsibilities
- Use Zoho to prepare quotations and invoices and arrange deliveries.
- Follow up with customers to confirm goods were received and maintain customer relationships.
- Monitor the work status of office sales staff.
Requirements
- College degree or above; familiarity with office software such as Excel and Zoho.
- Familiarity with UAE accounting and tax.
- At least three years of product inventory management and Zoho Books experience; Zoho proficiency is required and will be practically assessed during interview.
- Prior experience working as an accountant in the UAE is required.
- Fluent spoken English, strong written English skills, and fast English typing.
- Team spirit, service orientation, careful and responsible work habits, initiative, communication skills, and flexible administrative problem-solving.
Pay
- AED 5,000–6,000 per month.
