Advise senior management on human capital matters and implement HR strategies aligned with group policy and business growth.
The role covers organizational development, employee relations, workforce optimization, HR financial management, compliance, employee engagement, and productivity.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders on HR strategy and annual plans; improve HR activities and support effective onboarding.
- Create succession and retention plans for key talent and roles; implement learning, development, and performance programs.
- Coordinate required training, identify high-potential employees’ development needs, and hold talent and annual people reviews.
- Manage employee relations, engagement, disciplinary processes, and policy changes across business units.
- Coach managers, advise on employee matters and compliance risks, and drive organizational change.
- Support localization and productivity goals; report employee costs and manage annual HR budget exercises.
- Ensure compliance with financial systems, processes, HR policies, and internal controls; address violations promptly.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, psychology, or business administration.
- Five years of HR experience, including experience as an HR business partner.
- Experience in change management and organizational development; strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and ability to coach and guide others.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 5,000–6,000 per month.
