Position overview

Organizational development and talent

• Partner with business stakeholders on HR strategy, annual plans, and continuous improvement; support effective employee onboarding.
• Develop succession and retention plans for key talent and positions, and create learning, development, and performance-management programs.
• Coordinate training with the group training department, identify development needs for key and high-potential employees, and hold talent-development and annual workforce reviews.

Employee relations and business partnership

• Manage employee-relations issues across business units, promote an engagement culture, advise managers on risks and compliance, and implement policy changes and disciplinary procedures.
• Advise and coach senior management and individual managers, take action to improve engagement, and act as a change agent.

Workforce and financial management

• Advise on lean workforce design, organizational restructuring and integration, and communicate organizational information while monitoring feedback.
• Support compliance with localization policies and productivity targets.
• Provide employee-cost reporting, manage annual HR budget planning, follow financial systems and processes, and communicate budget performance in board and finance meetings.

HR policies and controls

• Ensure compliance with HR policies and internal controls, address policy violations, focus on diversity goals, and educate employees on HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications and skills

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, psychology, or business administration.
• Five years of HR experience, including prior work as an HR Business Partner.
• Expertise in change management and organizational development; strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and ability to coach and guide.

Pay

• AED 5,000–6,000 per month.
