  • Conduct post-arrival and onboarding interviews; validate ethical recruitment and fair treatment; review employee declarations and supporting records.
  • Maintain recruitment compliance records and audit trackers, and support Employer Pays Principle implementation.
  • Perform routine and risk-based audits of recruitment and onboarding files; document deviations and track corrective actions to closure.
  • Maintain audit-ready records for internal, client, and third-party reviews.

  • Support client audits, ethical recruitment assessments, and welfare inspections; provide management with compliance insights and recommendations.

  • 3–5 years' experience in HR Compliance, Worker Welfare, Labor Compliance, Ethics, or Social Compliance.
  • Experience with blue-collar or multinational workforces in the UAE is preferred.
  • Exposure to compliance audits, grievance investigations, and worker welfare programs in an Expo 2020 project is a plus.
