Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR department and help deliver a high-quality HR service to the business.
HR administration and employee lifecycle
- Assist the HR Manager with recruitment.
- Coordinate onboarding, including employee documents, office assets, workstation allocation, and IT setup.
- Maintain personnel files, employee master data, HRMS records, and the HR shared drive.
- Prepare employee HR letters and certificates, including salary certificates, NOCs, salary transfer letters, and experience letters.
- Provide employees with HR information, forms, formats, and templates.
- Coordinate exit asset handovers and clearance formalities.
Insurance, visas, and travel
- Maintain the medical insurance database and support policy renewals, employee additions and deletions, provider coordination, invoices, credit notes, and claims.
- Administer the DMCC portal and coordinate visa processes, medical fitness tests, MOL training, Emirates ID, and Occupational Health Card documentation.
- Manage company travel arrangements, including tickets, visas, and required employee travel documents.
Office and HR operations
- Prepare HR purchase orders and track them through closure.
- Safeguard company stamps, employee passports, and HR stationery and document related transactions.
- Maintain office facilities and daily supplies and assign tasks to head-office Office Boys.
- Coordinate HR events with internal and external partners in accordance with company policy.
- Perform other duties assigned by the HR Manager.
Pay
- Pay is AED 3,000 per month.
Work location
- Dubai is required; work is in person.
Requirements
- Support the HR department across its administrative activities and work closely with the HR team.
