Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Executive
to support and manage daily HR operations.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on UAE HR experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration efficiently.
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, interviews, and onboarding)
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements
- Schedule and conduct initial interviews
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
2. Employee Onboarding & Documentation
- Handle onboarding formalities including offer letters, contracts, and documentation
- Ensure all employee records are updated and maintained properly
- Coordinate visa processing, labor cards, Emirates ID, and medicals
3. HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain employee files and HR database
- Track attendance, leaves, and employee records
- Support payroll inputs and coordination with accounts team
- Prepare HR letters (salary certificates, NOCs, warning letters, etc.)
4. Employee Relations
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns
- Support grievance handling and disciplinary processes
- Ensure a positive and professional work environment
5. Compliance & Policies
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law
- Assist in implementing company policies and procedures
- Maintain confidentiality of HR information
6. Performance & Reporting
- Support performance appraisal processes
- Prepare HR reports (attendance, recruitment status, employee data)
- Assist in HR audits and internal reviews
