Overview
- EIFM is looking for an HR Generalist – Recruitment with strong experience in bulk hiring, agency coordination, and blue-collar recruitment.

- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to extending offers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies tailored to specific roles.
- Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring new hires have a positive experience and are fully integrated into the company culture.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies, negotiating contracts and managing their performance.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews, assessing candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback to candidates.
- Manage job postings on various platforms and social media channels to attract a diverse pool of applicants.
Purpose & Scope
Maintain an efficient work portfolio of HR department by means of payroll and finance related activities.
Provide advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures, compensation & benefits, and documentation.
Main Duties & Responsibilities

Preparation of Admin & Labour and bike driver documents.
(Education & Experience)
- Graduation in Similar field preferred.
- Required 4-8 years’ experience in related field
• Strong Mathematical & Numerical Skills
- Problem solving
- Ability to plan & priorities
• Responsibility & Dependability
- Proficient in software (i.e. Advance MS Excel, HRIS, ERP, VBA, MS Word)
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for operational roles
- Manage bulk hiring & recruitment agencies
- Coordinate interviews, trade tests & onboarding
- Experience in FM / Construction / Security preferred
- Strong UAE recruitment exposure
- Fast-paced, target-driven mindset
