HR Generalist (UAEN)

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and hiring coordination.
• Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation, ensuring all required documentation and induction processes are completed.
• Monitor employee probation periods, coordinate probation evaluations, and ensure timely feedback and appraisals.
• Handle employee resignation procedures, including exit interviews, clearance, and final settlement coordination.
• Maintain accurate employee attendance and leave records in compliance with company policies.
• Organize and maintain employee files and HR documentation, including contracts, identification documents, and other records.
• Process employee document requests such as salary certificates, employment letters, and NOCs.
• Coordinate with the PRO regarding employee visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and labor card processing.
• Prepare budget requests related to recruitment, contract renewals, visas, and labor cards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, UAE labor regulations, and information security requirements.
• Support general HR administrative tasks and provide assistance to employees on HR-related matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations or HR administration.
• Knowledge of UAE labor law and visa processes is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Pay: AED6,000.00 per month
