What the role owns
- Improve team-member touchpoints, including first days, benefits questions, and office fixes.
- Keep offices maintained and stocked; coordinate building-management approvals and stakeholders.
- Create online and in-person engagement for multinational teams and remote colleagues.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain warm communication among candidates and hiring stakeholders.
- Apply DMCC and UAE labor compliance knowledge and execute visa processing.
- Administer health insurance and broader benefits.
- Audit people data, maintain its quality, and provide structured insights and reporting to the People and Culture team and VP.
- Find ways to use AI and automation to reduce manual work across the function.
Candidate requirements
- Demonstrated measurable improvement to how a team or workplace operates, with results such as time saved or satisfaction improved.
- Able to show an automation or AI workflow for replacing manual work; an already implemented workflow is preferred.
- 2–4 years in HR operations, office management, or people operations; results matter more than years.
- Hands-on HRIS experience such as BambooHR or similar, with ownership of data quality from entry to report.
- Working knowledge of UAE labor law and DMCC processes, or proven ability to learn and apply compliance accurately.
- Can analyze spreadsheets, identify insights and gaps, and present findings clearly for decisions.
- Calm, organized, and warm in a fast-moving, multinational environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
