Responsibilities
- Improve service reliability through regular site visits, early identification of compliance gaps, and weekly partner operating reviews.
- Own cleaner and driver onboarding, training, retraining, and deployment across assigned accounts.
- Serve as the on-ground contact for workers and the reliable operational counterpart for partner leadership.
- Deliver retraining, vacation planning, accommodation audits, van maintenance schedules, and quality plans.
- Manage driver documentation, CRM van-driver mapping, RTA branding approvals, and visa and EID status.
- Reconcile partner statements and penalties against data and resolve disputes.
- Coordinate with dispatch, operations, support, product, BI, and finance to address fulfilment gaps, cancellation causes, tooling, and reconciliation.
- Escalate pay-timeliness issues, hear grievances, plan leave, and understand renewal intent.
Requirements
- 2–4 years in field operations, last-mile delivery, facilities management, or third-party vendor or manpower partner management.
- Evidence of measurably improving an operational outcome for a blue-collar or logistics workforce.
- Use operational data, spreadsheets, dashboards, or simple analysis to find root causes and improvement levers.
- Fluent English; Hindi, Urdu, Tagalog, or Arabic is a bonus.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and systems thinking, and willing to investigate issues on the ground.
