Manage and maintain staff accommodations, supporting team member comfort, safety, and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily staff accommodation operations and maintain high living-condition and service standards.
- Coordinate maintenance and housekeeping responses to repairs and upkeep needs.
- Oversee furnishings, supplies, and equipment inventory.
- Address team members' housing concerns and manage unit allocation records.
- Coordinate check-ins, check-outs, and room changes.
- Inspect accommodation cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, safety regulations, and local laws.
- Maintain occupancy, maintenance, and cost records; collaborate on team member welfare initiatives.
Requirements
- Experience in housing, administration, or hospitality management.
- Strong organization, time management, attention to detail, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks and record-keeping.
- Knowledge of health and safety standards and property management best practices.
- Familiarity with housing or property management software is an advantage.
