Deliver an elevated beverage experience at an exclusive private members club through expert preparation, personalized service, and attention to detail.
Maintain the club’s standards of sophistication, discretion, and hospitality.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve classic and signature cocktails, premium spirits, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision.
- Recognize member preferences and provide tailored recommendations.
- Contribute to seasonal menus, signature cocktails, and exclusive member experiences.
- Maintain bar presentation, cleanliness, equipment readiness, and mise en place.
- Manage stock, inventory rotation, portion control, and wastage.
- Coordinate service for dining operations, private functions, and club events.
- Recommend premium offerings and upsell responsibly.
- Comply with responsible alcohol service, licensing, food safety, hygiene, and club standards.
Experience and qualifications
- Requires 2–3 years of professional bartending experience; experience in private clubs, premium cocktail bars, fine dining, or luxury hospitality is preferred.
- Strong technical knowledge of mixology, premium spirits, wines, cocktail preparation, and beverage presentation.
- Professional bartending or mixology certification, or a relevant Food & Beverage qualification, is preferred.

- Confident communication and interpersonal skills with discerning members.
- Creativity, attention to detail, commercial awareness, and knowledge of beverage costing and inventory control.
- Able to provide consistent service and remain composed during busy periods.
- Professional presentation, discretion, and passion for beverage craftsmanship.
