Program Overview

What You Need
- Bachelor's degree in IT / Computer Science, Finance / Accounting, Business Administration, or Data Analytics & AI.
- Graduated in 2025, 2026, or 2027 (strictly).
- Active participation in extracurricular activities and projects during university years.
- Curiosity, learning abilities, ambition, and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, safely, and responsibly and take ownership of challenges.
- Energized by collaborating with others to find innovative solutions.
- Logical thinking, willingness to self-learn and research, and a creative approach to problem solving.
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
What You Will Do
- Attend 100% of the program (emergency and sick leaves considered).
- Enjoy the high-performance culture and learning journey.
- Complete assigned tasks and duties.
- Abide by Siemens Energy internal regulations and guidelines.
