Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT / Computer Science, Finance / Accounting, Business Administration, or Data Analytics & AI.
- Graduated in 2025, 2026, or 2027 (strictly).
- Active participation in extracurricular activities and projects during university years.
- Curiosity and learning abilities, with ambition and strong communication skills.
- Enjoy working independently, safely, and responsibly; take ownership of challenges and ideas.
- Energized by collaborating with others to find innovative solutions.
- Think logically, willingness to self-learn and research, and take a creative approach to problem solving.
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
Program Responsibilities
- Attend 100% of the program (emergency and sick leaves are to be considered).
- Enjoy the high-performance culture and learning ride.
- Complete the assigned tasks and duties.
- Abide by Siemens Energy internal regulations and guidelines.
Personal Growth
- An individual training plan supports development of specific skills and knowledge required for the role.
- At the end of the program, interns are equipped with knowledge to support their professional career.
- Interns gain insight into a multinational work environment and cross-team collaboration with global functions.
