You have a bachelor's degree in Instrumentation & Control Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Health & Safety, or E lectrical/Mechanical technicians.

You have graduated in 2025, 2026 or 2027 (strictly)

You had active participation in extracurricular activities and projects during your university years.

You demonstrate curiosity learning abilities, with ambition and strong communication skills.

You enjoy working independently, safely, and responsibly; take ownership of challenges and ideas.

You are energized by collaborating with others to find innovative solutions.

Think logically, willingness to self-learn and research, and take a creative approach to problem solving.

You have an excellent command in English, both spoken and written.

Attend 100% of the program (emergency and sick leaves are to be considered)

Enjoy the high-performance culture and learning ride.

Complete the assigned tasks and duties.

Abide by Siemens Energy internal regulations and guidelines.

You will have an individual training plan to aid you in developing the specific skills and knowledge required for your role. At the end of the program, you will be equipped with excellent knowledge to support you for your professional career.

You will gain an insight into a multinational work environment and how to collaborate successfully across multiple teams and global functions
