Front Desk Receptionist
About This Role
Job Overview:
We are looking for a smart, proactive, and fast-learning Receptionist with basic knowledge of logistics coordination to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle front desk operations, calls, and visitor management
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for daily operations
- Maintain records, documentation, and reports using MS Office
- Support internal team communication and administrative tasks
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office coordination
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
- Basic knowledge of logistics/coordination is preferred
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Smart, quick learner with a positive attitude and dedicated to work
