About This Role

Job Overview

We are looking for a smart, proactive, and fast-learning Receptionist with basic knowledge of logistics coordination to join our team immediately.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle front desk operations, calls, and visitor management
  • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for daily operations
  • Maintain records, documentation, and reports using MS Office
  • Support internal team communication and administrative tasks
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office coordination

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Basic knowledge of logistics/coordination is preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Smart, quick learner with a positive attitude and dedicated to work
