Position Overview:
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and highly organized Front Desk/Receptionist to join our dynamic team. This is a customer-facing role, and you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing them with exceptional service while ensuring the smooth operation of our front office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Reception & Communication:
  • Greet clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring they feel welcome. Direct clients to the appropriate team members.
  • Telephone & Email Management:

Answer phone calls, manage inquiries, and forward messages as needed. Handle general email correspondence, responding promptly to inquiries.

  • Appointment Scheduling:

Schedule and manage appointments for consultants, ensuring an efficient flow of meetings and calls. Keep track of upcoming appointments and send reminders to clients.Assist in managing client files, both digital and paper-based. Support in preparing documentation and correspondence for the migration process.Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and office area. Handle office supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained and orders are placed when necessary.Ensure all client information is accurately entered into the system, and update records as required.Provide a high level of customer service, assisting clients with inquiries and helping to resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional qualification in office management or a related field is a plus.
  • Experience:

Prior experience in a receptionist or front desk role preferred. Experience in a customer service-driven environment is highly valued.

  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Personality Traits:
  • Warm, approachable, and professional demeanor.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
