About The Role
We are looking for a friendly and organized Front Desk Executive to join our Dubai Pilates studio.
The ideal candidate is client-focused, highly professional, and enthusiastic about creating a welcoming environment for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients and provide a warm, professional first impression
- Manage bookings, class schedules, and membership records
- Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Process membership sales, renewals, and retail transactions
- Support the team with administrative tasks and studio organization
- Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk and studio environment
- Assist in promoting studio events, workshops, and special offers
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or front desk roles, preferably in a fitness or wellness environment
- Only female applicant
- Familiarity with booking and payment software is an advantage
