Are you a dynamic professional with a passion for customer service and administrative excellence?
We are seeking a **Receptionist cum Document Controller** to join our team in **Dubai**.
This role requires an individual with a strong background in customer service, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to handle escalations effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth.
- Manage incoming calls and emails, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve escalations efficiently.
- Maintain and organise documents, ensuring accuracy and easy retrieval.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
- Support day-to-day office operations with a proactive approach.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in customer service, front office, or related roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in **Urdu, Arabic, and English**.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with tact and professionalism.
- Proficiency in document management and organizational tools.
- Attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Experience in handling escalations is a significant advantage.
