Front Desk Administrator

Job Description :
This is a females only position starting August 1. We are seeking a dynamic and personable Admin Cum Receptionist who also brings strong marketing abilities. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for parents and visitors, while also supporting administrative operations and promoting the nursery through various channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist parents, visitors, and staff in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage phone calls, emails, and front desk operations
- Handle administrative tasks including record-keeping, scheduling, and documentation
- Support enrollment processes and parent communication
- Develop and implement basic marketing strategies to promote the nursery
- Create engaging content on social media
- Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area
Requirements:
- Proven experience in administration, reception, or customer-facing roles
- Strong marketing skills (social media management, content creation, basic campaigns)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a nursery, school, or childcare setting
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms
