Job description
- Prepare the bar mise-en-place and ensure ingredients and equipment are ready for use.
- Maintain clean and sanitized work areas, utensils, and equipment.
- Assist with beverage preparation when required.
- Follow opening and closing checklists and departmental policies.
- Restock bar inventory and supplies, including mixers, ice, napkins, and glassware.
- Label and stock ingredients for accessibility and smooth operations.
- Minimize wastage, breakage, and spoilage.
- Follow health and safety practices and complete additional management-assigned tasks.
Job specification
- Knowledge of bar operations in hospitality or the food and beverage field.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Pleasant and professional personality with the ability to work under pressure.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,300 to AED 2,500 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
