- The Facilities Technician must be able to: Resolve facilities issues of moderate complexity. Plan and execute tasks with minimal direction. Work as part of a team to ensure daily facilities functions are accomplished. Communicate and collaborate effectively with vendors, visitors, and employees at all levels of the organization. Bend, Stoop, Reach, Lift 50 pounds

Qualifications
- 1+ years’ experience in an office environment.
- Basic understanding of MEP, FF&E.
- Ability to analyze problems and create appropriate courses of action.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with a high degree of versatility.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products, particularly Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Experience with standard office equipment.
