The F&B Associate provides efficient, friendly food and beverage service to support exceptional guest experiences.
The role contributes to the success of F&B operations through service coordination and teamwork.
Guest service and dining operations
- Greet guests, take orders, answer questions, and make menu recommendations.
- Relay orders to the kitchen and ensure accurate, timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Serve meals and drinks according to service and presentation standards.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and courteously.
- Set up tables, clear dishes, and keep the dining area clean and organized.
- Coordinate service with kitchen and F&B colleagues.
- Upsell menu items and promote special offers.
- Process payments and cash transactions accurately.
- Restock and replenish supplies as needed.
- Work with colleagues toward F&B goals and guest satisfaction.
