The F&B Associate provides efficient, friendly food and beverage service to support exceptional guest experiences.
The role contributes to F&B operations and guest satisfaction through coordinated service with team members.
Guest service and dining operations
- Greet guests; take orders, answer questions, and make menu recommendations.
- Relay orders to the kitchen and ensure food and beverages are delivered accurately and on time.
- Serve meals and drinks according to established standards and presentation guidelines.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- Set up tables, clear dishes, and maintain a clean, organized dining area.
- Coordinate service with kitchen and F&B colleagues.
- Upsell menu items and promote special promotions.
- Process payments and handle cash accurately.
- Restock and replenish supplies as needed.
- Work with team members toward F&B goals and guest satisfaction.
Service and safety standards
- Provide friendly, professional guest service.
- Follow hygiene and safety guidelines and company environmental, health, and safety procedures.
