Duties and responsibilities
- Supervise job-site construction activities and ensure work follows plans, specifications, and safety protocols.
- Manage labor, equipment, and materials required for the construction project.
- Inspect, test, and review construction work to ensure required quality standards are met.
- Manage the construction schedule to ensure timely project completion.
- Coordinate with architects, project managers, and contractors to keep the project progressing as planned.
- Maintain daily reports, inspection reports, and quality-control records.
- Identify construction issues, plan corrective action, and implement solutions.
- Identify potential job-site hazards, implement safety measures, and conduct safety audits.
- Know the municipality or local regulations, requirements, and permits applicable to construction projects in the area.

- Ability to supervise construction activities according to plans and specifications.
