Guest service responsibilities
- Welcome guests as a first point of contact.
- Open car doors, arrange taxis, and assist with luggage.
- Provide directions and recommendations for nearby attractions and public transportation.
- Help create a memorable guest experience.
About you
- Previous hospitality experience is preferred, particularly in a concierge position.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are required.
- Additional language proficiency is an advantage.
- Manage guest requests calmly and courteously; be proactive, customer-driven, approachable, and able to handle pressure.
- Be a team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
