Job Summary:
GrupoLock Security Systems Qatar is seeking a strategic and technology-driven Director of Security Technology Solutions to lead the design, implementation, and management of advanced security systems in Doha. What you'll do:

• Lead the strategy, design, and deployment of security technology solutions
• Oversee installation and integration of CCTV, access control, alarm, and surveillance systems
• Manage large-scale security projects from planning through execution
• Collaborate with clients to assess needs and deliver customized security solutions
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices
• Drive innovation in smart security, automation, and integrated systems
• Manage vendor relationships, contractors, and technology partners
• Monitor system performance, reliability, and ongoing maintenance programs
• Develop proposals, technical documentation, and solution presentations
• Build and lead high-performing engineering and project teams

Requirements:

• Experience in security systems, low current systems, or technology solutions leadership
• Strong understanding of CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, and integrated security systems
• Ability to manage complex technical projects and multiple stakeholders
• Leadership and team management experience
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Familiarity with system integration, networking, and security technologies
• Degree in Engineering, IT, Electronics, or related field
