Bolkar Emlak Real Estate Qatar is seeking an experienced Director of Real Estate Development to lead and deliver high-value property development projects in Doha.

What You'Ll Do
- Lead end-to-end real estate development projects from acquisition through delivery
- Identify and evaluate development opportunities and investment feasibility
- Oversee project planning, design coordination, budgeting, and execution
- Manage consultants, contractors, and development partners
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, zoning, and permitting requirements
- Drive project timelines, cost control, and quality standards
- Collaborate with finance, sales, and marketing teams to align development strategy
- Monitor market trends, property demand, and competitive landscape
- Mitigate risks and resolve project challenges to ensure successful delivery
- Build and lead high-performing development teams
Requirements
- Experience in real estate development, property development, or construction leadership
- Strong understanding of development lifecycle, feasibility, and project execution
- Ability to manage large-scale projects and multiple stakeholders
- Leadership and team management experience
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
- Familiarity with local real estate regulations and market dynamics
- Degree in Real Estate, Engineering, Construction, Business, or related field
