Job Summary:
Zbytowianki Food Trading Qatar is seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Food Supply Chain Operations to lead end-to-end supply chain activities in Doha. This senior leadership role offers the opportunity to optimize food logistics, ensure product quality and compliance, and drive operational efficiency across procurement, warehousing, and distribution. If you have strong experience in food supply chain management, logistics, and operations leadership, this role offers high impact, leadership influence, and competitive compensation.
What you'll do:
- Lead food supply chain operations including procurement, warehousing, and distribution
- Ensure product quality, food safety, and compliance with regulatory standards
- Optimize logistics, inventory management, and distribution networks
- Manage relationships with suppliers, distributors, and logistics partners
- Drive cost efficiency, operational performance, and service level improvements
- Monitor KPIs, performance metrics, and supply chain reporting
- Implement process improvements, automation, and supply chain technologies
- Collaborate with sales, procurement, and operations teams to align business goals
- Identify risks and develop contingency plans for supply disruptions
- Build and lead high-performing supply chain and logistics teams
Requirements:
- Experience in food supply chain, FMCG logistics, or operations management
- Strong understanding of food safety standards, cold chain logistics, and distribution
- Ability to manage complex supply chain operations and multiple stakeholders
- Leadership and team management experience
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with supply chain systems, ERP platforms, and logistics tools
- Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
