We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Director of Global Trade & Logistics to lead and optimize our international supply chain operations.

What you'll do
- Lead global trade and logistics strategy across multiple regions
- Oversee international shipping, freight, warehousing, and distribution operations
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs, and import/export laws
- Optimize supply chain performance, cost efficiency, and delivery timelines
- Manage relationships with logistics providers, freight forwarders, and key partners
- Drive process improvements, digital transformation, and automation in logistics operations
- Collaborate with procurement, operations, and finance teams to align business goals
- Monitor KPIs, analyze data, and implement performance improvement initiatives
- Lead and mentor regional logistics teams and build a high-performing organization
- Identify risks and develop contingency plans for global supply chain disruptions
Requirements
- Experience in global logistics, supply chain, or trade operations leadership
- Strong understanding of international shipping, customs regulations, and trade compliance
- Proven ability to manage large-scale logistics operations or supply chain networks
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with global teams, vendors, and cross-functional departments
- Analytical mindset with the ability to drive data-based decisions
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field (advanced degree is a plus)
